Sharp events have been asked to deliver a 45 minute cookery demonstration to the ladies of the Weymouth & Portland Women’s Institute. The dish chosen was taken from a James Wong recipe which is Phenomenally rich in antioxidants vital to healthy immune function. Combine this with immune-modulating shiitake mushrooms pain-relieving ginger & mucus-thinning chilli & you have a potent flu-combating cocktail. Sharp Events have taken the basis of James Wong’s recipe and changed it slightly to add a Thai influence of Galangal which contains anti inflammatory properties & lemongrass which is good for stomach ache, vomiting, fever and the flu as well as the additional benefit of flavour to the dish.
